The Jean-Claude Colliard library is located right in the heart of the Port-Royal campus (Lourcine center). This research library is accessible to students, teachers, and staff of the University of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne. It provides law books that cover all four floors. There are also individual rooms which can be reserved for students that which to work together.

 

2) Bibliothèque Sainte Barbe

Hours: Monday to Saturday (10h-20h)

Price: Free registration

 

Sainte Barbe library is open for all students enrolled in a public university in Paris or Ile de France. You can even order your library card online!

 

3) Bibliothèque Sainte-Geneviève

 

Address: 10 Place du Panthéon, 75005 Paris

Hours: 

  • Monday, Wednesday to Friday: 10h – 18h
  • Tuesday: 14h – 18h

Discover our free, magnificent, and friendly library. It is one of the most beautiful libraries in Paris. However, you must arrive early in order to avoid standing in line!

 

4) Bibliothèque de la Cité Internationale Universitaire

Price: 3e/day or 38e/year for the non-residents of the Cité U

 

This library is in the heart of the Cité U in Paris. It is one of the services offered by the International Cité U in Paris. However, this library charges non-residents of the Cité U access to the library.

 

5) Bibliothèque Mazarine

Hours : Monday to Saturday (10h-18h)

Price: Free registration for 5 days on presentation of an identity document or 15e/year

 

The most ancient public library of France and attached to the Institut de France, the « Mazarine » is full of history and culture. More than 600 000 documents are being saved in this library.
